Emeralds

Considered by many collectors and traders as the sexiest gemstone. Emeralds are legendary and historically signifcant as diamonds pursued by the traders from Asia and Europe.

Emeralds were originally traded in the spice trade. Spices were taken to India and traded for emeralds. Harry met Maharajah and took 'crudely' cut emeralds and re-cut them for Hollywood actresses. At the time, emeralds were often cut into beads.

In 2018, Doug Kazanjian traveled to Columbia and visited the Columbian Bogodas mine, where many of Kazanjian's emeralds are from. On this exploration Doug was able to see, take pictures and touch some of the most beautiful emeralds of all time.
